I am ever so sorry if you felt that I was unfair with you in those circumstances. You have texted me saying that you were going to be late for your appointment, and I texted you back telling you that if you were late I would not be able to do your treatment, as I work back to back all day. You had my answer to not come to the salon if you was going to be late, but you decided to do so. You knocked on my beauty room door and I had a client with me and other two waiting on the waiting room. You wanted an appointment and I was enable to offer you as you missed yours!I haven't changed you cancellation fee also. You insisted to have your treatment on that day and I was telling you several times that I couldn't do your treatment, you didn't take no as a answer, it began to be uncomfortable to be in that conversation in front of other clients 3 clients.. Unfortunately You were late, If I have done your waxing I would have been late for every single client on that day, and it would not be fair on me or the other clients. Again im realy sorry if you feel that I could have done better,
