I was very happy with my haircut. However, I would note that it’s not ideal having your hairdresser being changed at the last minute. I booked a slot ...with Chef intentionally based on availability in the app, only for me to be notified 15 mins before via text that this had changed. I understand that changes are required from time to time but I would have appreciated more notice so that I could rebook in the future. Show more

I decided to give this barbershop another try after my first walk-in experience, this time booking in advance with Chef, their top-rated barber based ...on all the great reviews. However, upon arrival, I was told Chef was unavailable, and they had assigned someone else without informing me beforehand. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since my schedule was tight and there were no other options. Unfortunately, the barber they assigned was the same one I had tried previously, and I was dissatisfied with his work then. This time was even worse – he left my face scratched and irritated from the razor. Having a booking system but failing to honor it reflects poor professionalism. Sadly, this will be my last visit to this place. Show more
