I was very happy with my haircut. However, I would note that it’s not ideal having your hairdresser being changed at the last minute. I booked a slot ...with Chef intentionally based on availability in the app, only for me to be notified 15 mins before via text that this had changed. I understand that changes are required from time to time but I would have appreciated more notice so that I could rebook in the future. Show more
