This was my first ever sports massage and I definitely made the right choice. Lydia was waiting for me when I arrived and any nerves on my part disapp...eared as she was so friendly and welcoming. We had a chat and she was very professional from the off. Lydia worked her magic for the full hour and I left feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. I have visited LA.Revive many times and have always received an excellent experience . Lydia immediately makes you feel relaxed with a warm and frien...dly welcome. Most of my visits are due to a running injury and Lydia always manages to "massage" my aches and pains away. She has suggested tips and advise to assist recovery too.
