We are sorry that you are not happy with the service that you received. I am aware that the barber did nip you accidentally and you received an immediate apology at the time. My understanding is that at the time you appeared happy with your haircut and both yourself and the barber had good conversation throughout. I also understand that on this occasion it was not your usual barber doing the cut and therefore things may have been slightly different. I noticed that your appointment was over a week ago but do appreciate the feedback.
