Apprentice Haircut

Second time going for my sons haircut and we book the apprentice. Really nice atmosphere. Their work is done with skill and can see with the finishing... look. There's no rush, each one is done with precision. Time is taken on each customer. The staff is a bit quiet the hospitality is quiet not much chatting, more smiles and chats would be nice to feel that bit more welcome no one greets you properly, hence why there is one star dropped, building a relationship with customers is key to make it feel that little bit more better. I have 2 toddlers with me and they provided them with a snack, which i think is good because my youngest has Autism and can be a handful, but seems to be calm most of the time there. Sammy has a warm welcoming smile and communicates. He's the reason i went back with my son. I have ADHD so struggle with new people and places but he makes it easier. The idea of booking in advanced helps me as a single mother as i know the place isn't going to be rammed with customers, which can be hectic when have toddlers. Wish i came across them sooner.
