Hi Sioux, I am so sorry to learn that your tan experience hasn’t been five star - we do everything we can to use the very best brands and help our clients choose the perfect shade for them. I can see a definitive tan line in your photograph and would be keen to understand if your tan has not processed as deeply as you’d hoped after the full three hour processing time, or if it was washed off before that time so that we can improve on our before or after care advice. We appreciate feedback, good and bad, so that we can improve and/or offer our clients a secondary treatment to rectify any disappointment. I hope this will not affect yours or any of our clients trust in choosing us for their tanning treatments as we very rarely receive complaints and when we do, we will do all we can to put things right for you.
