- Pressotherapy- inflatable suit /lymphatic drainage
  
  Pressotherapy is a procedure that is similar to a lymphatic drainage massage with the key differential being that it is administered by a special machine. Therefore, the benefits are the same in helping with lymphatic drainage where the improvement of lymph fluid will flow more accessibly around the body. Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage will offer a potentially slimming look of the arms, legs and stomach as the fluid will reduce, it will also ease aches and pains, and detoxify the body. The machine efficiently uses air pressure, so the feeling is different from a pressotherapy lymphatic massage, as the machine will inflate a suit that squeezes your arms, legs, or abdomen in a rhythmic motion. Typically, a session will last a around 30/60 minutes and accelerated benefits can be gained with two sessions per week, these include, the reduction of swelling, a more toned appearance, reduction of stiffness of the limbs and fewer aches and pains.
