My anxiety driven chat slowed down promptly as I sunk into the warmth and tranquility that I was so needing. Upon arriving at Talitha's cosy clinic, I was greeted by a friendly face and the most beautiful aromas as soon as the door opened. I opted for the Wom...b Cleanse as I wanted to shed some emotional weight. I was treated to some cupping, reiki, abdominal massage, and sound healing. Talitha makes you feel at ease and is confident in her craft. I felt I was in good hands the entire time and loved the essential oils she chose for me, which just so happened to be my favourite's. She sent me off with a tincture of the oil that I've been using for self massage at home. I left feeling floaty, light, and cared for, which was exactly what I needed. Really enjoyed the abdominal massage. The space is really cool, we sat on the floor and went through the consultation form. It was really in depth and... went into things no other medical (or otherwise) person has asked about my body since giving birth so it felt nice to be heard. Massage was lower back first followed by a gentle tummy massage. Pretty sure I fell asleep which is a good sign! Show more

It was my first session with her and I had not a clue on what I was looking for so I signed up for ...the 2hr healing session and I cannot even express how grateful I am to have been in her energy. She did some cupping, reflexology, reiki, a mini abdominal massage, as well as some sound healing. I left feeling so relaxed and the tension in my neck left. I first met Talitha at a womens circle - which was perfectly timed after some trauma with the womb, I walked into the s...pace and instantly felt my senses relax with the smell of sage & sandalwood. The space/alter was so beautiful & the women there were all so open and honest that I was inspired to speak my truth, deep worries & feelings, which I never expected with my state of mental health at the time & I left feeling so energised/loved/held. I followed her instagram & learnt so much about how to track my cycle & how to hold space for myself during each phase of my monthly cycle. I knew that I needed more of this and 1 on 1 connection. Ive felt a super disconnect to my womb for so long maybe forever, bloated contstantly and I struggle with pms symptoms so because of such a deep impression from the first time we met & just how fkn cool she was I decided come to talitha for abdominal. She goes through such an in depth conversations & gives the best advice before even begining the treatment. Its basically just a chat with a friend she makes you feel so comfortable & welcome into her sacred space, her knowledge is so vast & never fails to intuitively know what you need or what prcatices can help with anything you are feeling or needing before you even know it yourself. I honestly didnt know what to expect with abdominal in the beginning as its an area mostly missed in many western massages but its actually crazy how amazing all the moves feel, it releases, soothes & moves alot of energy & physcial tensions, blocks & worries. And she works on the back with cupping, or the feet with reflexology or can offer reiki, sound healing & so much more.
