I had a pedicure and booked my appointment via Booksy. When I got to the salon I was told they had overbooked and would need to wait for about half an... hour. The staff weren't very apologetic which was disappointing and the wait was over half an hour in the end. Then to the pedicure. The pedicure itself was very good but unfortunately really lacking any sort of customer service at all. The person who did the pedicure made me feel like it was an inconvenience me being there. They were huffing and puffing, had a miserable look on their face, kept checking their phone and at one point said they'd be back in a minute, grabbed their phone and left and didnt mention anything when they came back. Overall not a great experience. The pedicure itself was done well but for £39 I could go elsewhere and have a much more enjoyable customer experience. Show more

Great place to get nails done, quality work. Booking online seems to have little effect on when you get your nails done as you often have to wait for... a technician to be available, which, depending on how busy it is, can be a long wait. Even so- I will always come here because the nails are so good. Show more
