Harsh treatment, I came every two weeks for a year or so but recently all the techs seem moody and uncaring, they only ever do two coats which looks n...ice in the shop but patchy outside and they actively discourage a third coat when asked. Last one pressed so hard the drill skipped on my finger and hurt, and all the biab is chipping after a week. Im finding a new place. Show more

The gentleman was lov...ely too but didn’t talk after service, I had to ask about payment, I tried explaining I have the Kimmy’s business account already saved, but wanted me pay to a personal account? Had a terrible experience this morning. Went in for a pre booked BIAB infill. I had to wait 30 minutes even though I’d pre booked. Usual tech was on h...oliday. No prep was done and I’m left with uneven, badly finished nails. I asked several times for her to re shape them as they were uneven but she just made them worse. Not to mention the rude new member of staff who spent her time moaning to customers about her boss, the “disgusting colours that customers choose” and the ins and outs of her bowel issues. She had food delivered and stopped midway through a lady she was prepping to go and eat. I paid £45 and absolutely hate my nails. Won’t be going back. Also the whole salon needs a deep clean, it’s filthy. Show more

Speedy appointment, did exactly what i asked for. Great value for money. Much better than some more fancy expensive places I've been to. Appointment s...tarted a bit late but i expected it after some reviews i read but only 15mins late and i was finished in half an hr. More fancy places somehow make the appointment last a whole hour!!
