Seriously, gone down hill! Staff were friendly after a while but initially I found them quite rude when people walked in, not just to myself, but othe...rs too. The quality of nails was horrendous. I have been having my nails done for years in there, but my last visit was enough to put me off going ever again. I had to ask them to completely paint my nail as the tips were missed, and after multiple attempts of painting one colour on my toe because the gel was apparently to runny, I didn’t have the patience or time to tell them that the small heart I wanted added was wonky upside down and had dried almost see-through, so it just looked like I had a brown chip on my toe. 😂 I had,had enough afraid I won’t be back.
