First visit and was shocked by the cleanliness of the salon. Pleased with my pedicure however unfortunately my nail tech bowed my nail tips, instead o...f a square shape. I asked twice to reshape them and ended up having to get them reshaped elsewhere. The price quoted on here when I booked for a full set and pedicure was £77 but I was charged £82 in the salon. I’ll be reluctant to return. Show more

Very disappointed with appointment today. No communication with staff, was left for 20 minutes after having started having my nails infilled while my ...technician went off to start a ladies pedicure too. I understand they were busy but look after your customers , too worried about getting the money in, if you don’t have enough staff to cover appointments tell customers you don’t have availability. I left after no communication as had an appointment to go too. Have been going here for years. Won’t be going back. Show more
