I have had back pain for the last four weeks which has been effecting all aspects of my life! Darren was understanding and explained what the issue w...as! Throughout the session Darren has explained everything he has been doing and what effect this was having on my muscles and movements! It was remarkable seeing a visual and physical difference in my movements from the start and the end of the session! My only regret was not going to Darren sooner! Show more
