When I had my piercing done Jo told me that despite the no children policy that she was more than happy for me to bring my baby with me when I needed ...to come back for a bar change as it would only take a minute. I messaged ahead a couple of days before my appointment to check it was still ok to bring him as I have no family nearby and I received no response. Messaged again on day of the appointment and tried to call and still nothing so went to the door with him and she wouldn’t even allow me in the building and acted completely oblivious to the fact it was herself who had told me that I could bring him as she didn’t agree with the owners no children policy. Told me it was a fire risk to have a pram left at the door, I doubt in the 30 seconds it would have taken to change my bar that there would have been a fire in the building. Instead she let me buy a nose bar to take home and change myself, no courtesy message afterwards to even check I had managed to get it in. Really unprofessional Show more
