As much... as she was desperate to get it done, she was still very anxious and scared. Steph was so lovely and reassuring. Charlie and Bex were absolutely fabulous in helping me choo...se the style piercings i wanted - honestly couldn't have made my mind up without them! They really made the choice easier and took my personal style into consideration. I never felt rushed through the process and they were lovely to chat to. Bex is an incredible piercer and thoroughly talked me through the healing process and was fantastic at calming my nerves. My friend and I booked via the app to have our 3rd hole done on our ear lobe. We had Steph as our piecer, and she was so welcoming and friendly and m...ade us feel at ease. Steph explained what would happen and the jewellery that would suit. Whilst there she helped me sort out my additonal piercing to make it far prettier with lovely rainbow set and smaller bar (this piercing was done elsewhere many years ago). Very happy with the results and care throughtout the appointment. Also what was really noticable was the cleanliness and cleaning also between clients. Many thanks and really recommended Steph.
