We were surprised to see your 3-star review, considering your previous positive experiences with us. We want to clarify that at no point have we claimed or implied that our jewellery is sterilised for a piercing that ISN’T fresh. We ALWAYS sterilise jewellery for initial piercings & understand the difference between sanitisation & sterilisation. When jewellery arrives from the manufacturer, it undergoes quality control, including ultrasonic cleaning. Our jewellery cabinets are regularly cleaned & we handle jewellery hygienically. Jewellery that ISN’T part of a fresh piercing is SANITISED through steam cleaning & soaked in isopropyl alcohol, followed by a rinse. We follow this with a spray of sterile saline. This process goes beyond industry standards. If you had concerns about sterilisation, we would have gladly accommodated your request with an extended appointment. If a piercer feels the jewellery isn’t secure, we believe it’s important to remove it to avoid potential damage. Being honest & transparent is crucial & we stand by the care we take in ensuring the best for our clients. It’s unfortunate that you chose to voice your concerns publicly rather than reach out to us so we could have addressed any misunderstandings. Our team works hard to provide the best service. We realise we are unable to meet with your expectations, as it seems are other businesses you've left poor reviews for.
