The first time was to fix a bot...ched fringe cut that I got at another salon, and the second was for a cut and style, and both times I’ve had the best experience. The atmosphere was perfect—beautifully lit, clean, and such a pretty salon. I was struggling to explain exactly how I wanted my hair, but Holly was so... knowledgeable and understanding. She somehow knew exactly what I meant and cut my hair to perfection. It was so refreshing to have a stylist who just gets it. Very welcoming, friendly, and down to earth. I had what only ca...n be described as one of the worst cut and colours done by a different salon, and booked in with Lucy for a full colour and cut correction. We had a fantastic consultation where she was both reassuring and explained in detail how she was going to address the challenge, and I left fully confident that she was the perfect professional. Her eye for detail and colour is second to none and in only one sitting has transformed what can only be described as a complete disaster into a gorgeous style which was exactly as discussed. Meg was absolutely lovely. She took her time making sure my eyebrows were perfect. So happy with the lamination! I had a tint, cut and blow dry with ...Lucy. She was amazing. She carefully listened to exactly what I wanted and I’ve never been happier leaving a hair salon. I can’t wait to go back! Not only this but she explained my hair type and how to manage it, as well as recommending products that she has tried herself and that are affordable.
