Hi Lazarela. I am sorry you felt upset by a colleagues choice of words, after reviewing cctv footage and witnessing your child jumping on our furniture and going through stylists trolleys where scissors and sharp objects are kept i feel her comment was purely said through fear. That kind of behaviour is not acceptable or respectful towards our salon, we are still a small business and it is upsetting to see our belongings and furniture being touched and jumped on. Additionally, we are not insured to have children present or around toxic /flammable products or scissors if accidental consumption or injury did take place we as a company would be liable which is why we advise all clients to not bring their children into the salon. This avoids stress and anxiety for both the stylist and the client and is generally not the place for children. This is not a personal attack but protocol for everyone that chooses to book with us to ensure that adequate safety measures are carried out in our salon at all times. Thanks, Francesca
