I really hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately on this occasion I feel the feedback is necessary. My son need a haircut so as we’ve been to broo...kside barbers in the past we booked him in. We were under the impression we would see the guy who used to cut his hair but instead was met with Allen. My son explained what he wanted but it didn’t seem to go the way he was hoping. My husband and I thought it wouldn’t be so bad if he was auditioning for the role of Lloyd Christmas in Dumb and Dumber but that wasn’t the case. My son asked Allen to do something different but Allen said it was done and “at least you can see your ears now” Overall the experience wasn’t great as the communication was lacking and understanding that the cut went wrong and he did nothing to try to rectify the problem. We left with my son in tears and had to go elsewhere to have the cut fixed. Show more
