Louise was so lovely! She made me feel so comfortable from the minute I got there. She took away my anxiety right away. And my lashes are stunning! Customer service was good and can't fault it. When my lash was done i did say to the lady that i like them. But when i got home and examine the lashe...s the left eye was mot as full as the right eye, got friends to confirm this and they said the same. Spoke to LA Asthetics about this and she asked that i come back to do it it today Thursday. The lashes was originally done on Tuesday as she had cancelled my original appointment twice. Unfortunately i could not make the Thursday appointment she gave for me to have the lashes checked and she said she has got no other time. I expected her to make allowance with time the way i made allowance when she cancelled the appointment twice. Moreso is just 2 days and about 5 have fallen. Other than this her customer swrvice is lovely. Show more

Hi Fumni, as you have mentioned yourself in this review I did ask if you were happy with your lashes before leaving and you assured me you were. You did message me when you got home explaining and I was more than happy to accommodate you, however when you got home it was around 10pm and too late for you to return that evening. You were booked for the following day to which I did get a last minute cancellation from you, which I understand happens and I did offer to rebook you however I am a full time working mother and also 5 months pregnant. I cannot offer times I don’t have unfortunately, it’s not that I did not want to allow it this time it is genuinely down to me not having the space. You did mention you had 5 classic lashes fall off and as stated I was and am happy to accommodate you further however I didn’t have availability that matched yours. I would of happily resolved any issues for you but due to you cancelling your appointment this was not possible. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope this helps understanding more. I am forever a returning customer of Louise’s, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The lashes are phenomenal and last me a good 3-4 weeks before starting to ...look sparse, Louise is so brilliant at what she does and really provides a sparkling service. My eyes water to no ends but I always leave with a brilliant set. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lash tech ☺️ The best in Banbury! 🫶🏼 Show more
