Simply amazed! I would give twenty starts if I could!! I was curious about Lemon Bottle treatments for double chin/ jawline fat but nervous having n...ever parktaken in a treatment like that before. I rang Kate and she patiently spoke to me at length, answering every question I had about what to expect, eligibility, after effects, likelihood of success- everything. Unlike some others in her industry I encountered, she really knew her stuff inside out and there was no hard sell- quite the opposite. She works in a gentle, ethical, supportive and caring way and is honest from the beginning which really let me know I was in the safe hands of someone I could trust with something as vulnerable and important as this. The treatment itself was so easy and over so quickly- I have never had more gentle injections in my life- and the results? Mind blowing!! I know it might not work perfectly for everyone but for me I was unprepared for how big a change there would be. I feel so much better about myself and am deeply impressed by the product- so much so I've returned for another body part to be treated. But what was most special I felt was Kate. She showed me the expiry dates of products as she opened them, was non-judgemental, welcoming and caring, so gentle and professional and simply made me feel safe. She's really doing a service to help people reclaim bits of their self esteem that might have got a little lost along the way. A beautiful soul doing worthwhile work. For one appointment she texted in advance to apologise for running ten minutes late which was absolutely no problem, and do you know why I found that comforting? It meant that she was taking exceptional care over who was before me- there was no rushing out the door, everyone is tended too with expert care to ensure they are calmly looked after from start to finish and leave with a smile on their face. I have returned and will continue to, very grateful to have found this very special lady and her work. If you are considering having something done with her? I nudge you to do it. It has made a world of difference to me and can vouch for her skills, kindness and knowledge first hand as being exceptional in her field.
