      I have always been asked whether I offer a fully body massage treatment. The answer is yes absolutely. This style of massage sits between a spa beauty treatment and sports massage. It’s is also bespoke to your needs. Often my clients want a fairly deep treatment but in a more relaxing way. This is the ideal way to unwind.

    • Pregnancy Massage

      During pregnancy as the baby grows, lower back and hip pain can become a troublesome area. Treatments given can be specific to what you are having problems with so much more attention is paid to those areas. If however you would like a treatment for more relaxation then a full body session will be given. Ultimately your comfort is my priority and positioning is of the utmost importance. Lots of bolsters and pillows are used to support that position and create a warm safe environment for treatment. Music of your choice can be played to enhance your experience here at the Therackhameffect

    • Rossiter Workout Consultation & Treatment

      The Rossiter system of stretches is an extremely powerful and effective workout that can see results immediately. The use of my foot as weight and warmth can bring huge changes to the tissue and fascia. You as the client the move your foot or arm to create that stretch and space back to the area of discomfort. It’s a bit like marmite. Does what it says on the tin. 😀😀

I’ve had a lot of treatments down the years and as an initial appointment I was impressed. Felt relaxed and that Jane was listening to my concerns. Di...dn’t feel hurried and whilst longer term success is to be determined the analysis and exercise prescribed seemed good. There were some interesting revelations I’d not heard before. Finally unlike some therapists there wasn’t a hard sell on repeat treatments. Looking forward to implementing the exercise regimen and a steady progress over the coming weeks. Show more
