Tension headache relief massage

I had excellent experience in Xtreme Therapeutics, I had tension relief back, face and head massage, I struggle with pain in back, neck, shoulders, he...adaches and very tense jaw, the massage was fab, my muscles are much more relaxed now, Melanie was very friendly, I am a bit skeptical about massages bsecause some masseurs don't put enough pressure they just tickle your skin , however Melanie worked very hard to relax my muscles, she gave me gua sha massage on back and face, which I found very beneficial. I definetly recommend Extreme Therapeutics I will book another massage again Show more
Hot stone massage

Melanie provides a very knowledgeable and professional approach to easing your aches and pains. She offers a whole range of therapies, and her studio ...provides a very relaxing environment . She listens carefully to your issues and suggests treatments to help ease them. Mel explains her therapies and discusses their benefits. Today, I have had the hot stone massage to ease back pain after a recent illness. I would thoroughly recommend this treatment I feel so much better. Last year, I suffered from painful Plantar fasciitis in both feet. Mel used her dry needles therapy together with hot stone massage and after a series of treatments I am happy to report the fasciitis has subsided and I am now pain free. TENSION HEADACHE RELIEF MASSAGE

I've been suffering with tension headaches for weeks now and after my treatment I immediately felt relief! Melanie talked through the treatment with m...e as we went so I understood how she was helping me and we even tried cupping on the areas I needed it most along my upper back, which was a first for me but I now see the appeal to it! My headaches and neck ache have been interrupting me sleep for weeks and I had the best nights sleep after my treatment. Will definitely be booking in again in the future. Thanks! Show more

First time going to Melanie, went with a calf issue. After a quick consultation, Melanie made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed, and worked on my... injury. Her incredible knowledge pinpointed the issue straight away and fixed my calf within the session. The next day I was back playing football, pain free!
