Had grown my hair for 8 years, so I came to him as i wanted something new , so I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he just kept glancing at the p...icture saying “I know, I know” and when id try and show him again he’d just say “i know” repeatedly, so later, when he was doing the hair cut, he showed me the front, already he had it way shorter than what I initially wanted, but I moved on from it, then he done the back of my hair and that was even worse, he just did a high fade, when I wanted a modern mullet with a tighter taper, instead I came out with an average haircut and him saying I didn’t tell him what I wanted and him getting defensive for his incompatibility to listen. I could literally get better communication with a Nokia 3310 in the midst of the Antarctica more than him Guy couldn’t follow a picture or basic instructions Show more

Unprofessional, lacks manners and more than anything is unreliable. I’ve been to him 5 times. The first 2 times, he rescheduled the appointment on sh...ort notice. I went to the 3rd appointment 10 mins late and paid him extra for waiting for me. The 4th time he made me wait 25mins for my appointment. The 5th time (today) i went there for my 3.25pm appointment. As i walked in he was dying someone’s hair. He looked at me confused and asked, do you have an appointment? I said yes at 3.25pm. He said, no I checked booksy there was nothing booked. I opened my phone and checked my emails. He cancelled it less than an hour before my appointment. I asked him if there was a reason he cancelled with such short notice. He said as you can see something came up. I’m not sure why he was acting confused if he cancelled it less than an hour ago. Anyway, unreliable, you might get seen you might get cancelled on, he’ll be rude about it if you ask though so sit there and take it or find another barber. Also, he could never do my beard right but i got tired of correcting him so I just redo it when I go home myself. Show more

I wanna say thank you for leaving a biggest liy about my own business and no one can believe you story because no body go somewhere for 6 times and get cancelled or doing mistakes on the beard but.i cant deal with stupid people like costumer like you and i hope god make you feel as bad as hell and I will never forgive you for that money you never paid for and you liar Inshallah God put you in a very very bad situation and bad feeling too 🙌🏻
