KIDS Trim/Afro Hair Types

The first time we attended a confirmed booking the salon was closed. Today it was open. Stephanie was friendly and said my daughters hair was in good... condition and that she would trim the split ends. However the result was an extremely short and very uneven cut. My daughter no longer looks like herself and her hair is too short to get the front and back into a pony tail. There are some long hairs but overall it is far shorter than discussed. As the process went on I lost confidence that Stephanie knew what she was doing and we just needed to get out of there before my daughter became distressed.
