Hi jack/jacks gf (I believe the app was booked by/a partner). I’m quite surprised by this review - your appointment was booked for 5.15pm, at 5.20 your therapist contacted the number on the booking system given by you to ask if perhaps you/your gf was lost and needed any assistance on finding the salon - she also apologised if you’d arrived early as the door was locked due to her previous client being a little late.. however as you can clearly see from the date of our contact, she had already reached out to you within 5 minutes of your appointment time. We received no response until several hours later to say she had gone elsewhere, which is no problem but quite an unjust review given that your therapist had in fact contacted you and was waiting to fulfill the appointment.
