Unfortunately four out of five booked appointments were a no show from the owner, the majority I had no notification or text of cancellation until hou...rs after turning up for my appointments. I can’t fault the excellent cut I did have in May and the owner is a genuinely nice person. Just a shame about so many no shows, with a variety of reasons. Appreciate the contact on here, and I do fully understand the 4th appointment no show due to emergency regarding your mum, I phoned and text regarding the 5th appointment I did attend but unfortunately had no reply as to why you wasn’t there. I’m sorry, and I sincerely do wish your mum well. Show more

Hi Mandy. Thank you for your patience during this time. As you know, my mums emergency hospital visits haven't been predicted and out of my control. As promised, the free hair cut and offer to travel to you as an apology still stands. I completely understand your frustration, and I hope you can accept my apology. Absolutely outstanding! I’m so chuffed with how my son’s haircut went yesterday! He has additional needs & really really hates his haircut! We didn’t ...feel rushed & she allowed him to get used to the place before beginning his hair cut! She took her time with him & his haircut is spot on to say he doesn’t stay still! Sometimes i can feel stressed & overwhelmed when he’s having his haircut too because of the way he is with them but with her i felt so at ease! She reassured me through it & told me what she was doing & how she would make him feel better too. I couldn’t recommend biggyxbarber enough! I’m blown away. 10 10 10s across the board! 5⭐️. TOP NOTCH!!! Chelsea is an extremely skilled barber and an awesome human to boot. I came in to her parlor a little ne...rvous and she quickly put me at ease and made me comfortable. I showed her roughly what I wanted (and wanted to aim for for my wedding in a few months!) and she came up with plan. Since I'm new to going to barbers she also helped explain different concepts to me which I had very little idea about. I now look absolutely awesome, and I had a great time as well! Time flies super quick in her barber shop and I will definitely be going back! 😁 I LOOK AWESOME THANK YOU CHELSEA!! Show more
