The salon was really busy for a Friday but Radhika ensured everyone knew how long it will be so customers were not getting annoyed when waiting. I men...tioned my baby was in the car with my partner so she kindly swapped me for another client (I was only booked in for a eyebrow wax) who would have taken longer without any issues, which I really appreciated.
