From the beginning Dr Ramona was very welcoming and friendly. I was very nervous as this was my first Mesotherapy treatment but she made me feel at e...ase. She explained everything to me before the procedure and showed the all the products and tools. I was very pleased with what I had received. I went to Dr Ramona to get fat dissolving injections on my double chin. I was understandably nervous as I’m over the age of 50 and have never had cos...metic surgery done on my face. She made me feel at ease as soon as I got to her salon. She applied lidocaine cream over the area to inject and while I waited for the cream to take effect, I was offered a cup of coffee and some biscuits, which calmed my nerves. She marked the areas to be injected and I was surprised when she said she was half way through. I didn’t feel any pain. It’s now almost 24hours later, and I’ve had no swelling or any after effects. I can’t wait to see the difference in 2 weeks time. Thank you Dr Ramona. I will be back for sure. Show more

Wow I all I can say! I am a middle aged man and to start with I was unsure if undergoing an aesthetic treatment would be something that would benefit ...me but how wrong I was! After a consultation with Dr Ramona she suggested the Jalupro Skin Booster treatment, I have subsequently undergone two treatments with amazing results! My skin looks naturally years younger and has a glow to it. Some of my friends, family and colleagues have commented how healthy my skin looks without knowing that I have undergone a treatment. It has been a boost to my confidence as hitting 50 wasn’t something I was excited about. The fact that Dr Ramona is a trained clinician was important to me and this was evident in the way she has been working with me and the results have been beyond my expectations. Dr Romona has also made suggestions to my now skin routine which was almost nonexistent before which and combined with her treatments have allowed my to take a heathy approach to my skin maintenance. If you are interested in looking healthier for longer in my opinion Dr Ramona would be a great choice, she has a lovely practice and I was really impressed with her approach to infection control which is something I look for in my professional life. Dr Ramona was very welcoming when I arrived at her new premises. She has a clean and sterile room where she performs all her treatments. I requested... a Vitamin C injection which she was happy to administer. She keeps all her injectables in a lock up cupboard and is very professional when injecting. I’m so happy to have found a medical Dr to give me all my Vitamin injections and to do my aesthetic treatments. Close observation under appropriate lighting and asking a few questions, she chose a... soothing, hydrating creme applied with a heavenly brush to face and décolleté. Then massaged to relax, penetrate and heal. I felt my dry skin do precisely that: relax and absorb the luscious creme. To be repeated without hesitation!
