Our one-year-old shih tzu Phoebe has been groomed by Julie for six months now, and literally runs through the door each time she visits! I think that ...is testament to how happy and relaxed she feels when she’s with Julie, and what a trusting relationship she has with her. Juliann is always amazing! Glyn was always not a huge fan of the groomers in general but since we have gone to Juliann there is a huge change in him ...he loves going now! She always does an amazing job. He had to have a groom before he had major surgery there last year and Juliann not only was able to get him in at very short notice but was so gentle and good with him especially as his leg was sore. would give you 10 stars if I could! 100% would recommend it!
