Hi James.. Poppy was extremely matted and I did discuss this with your partner. As I explained on a pups first intro we usually do not clip however as her coat was so badly matted on this occasion we had no other option. As you can imagine it is extremely difficult to remove matting at the best times never mind on a young puppy who has never visited a groomers before. I am sorry that you weren’t happy with the service and that the cutt was not aesthetically pleasing to you however my priority was to remove her matted fur on this occasion. You are welcome to call back in again with her and I can pay particular focus to the areas you are unhappy with.
