Great service, visited with my husband both of us were made to feel really welcome. They have comfortable chairs and it’s really professional and nic...e environment. There’s a screen for privacy at the back of the store. Lorraine was so neat and tidy in waxing my brows and really friendly and professional. Husband and I were both so impressed with the service and that she was very neat and tidy and made us feel both comfortable and welcome. Great experience, highly recommended, really easy and nice to book. Beauty by Lainey was easy to find once you knew about it, i was looking for a nice beautify place and found this place, really glad! Show more

Lovely, honest and amazing at what she does 😍 I was originally booked in for a lamination- I’ve had this done in other salons but this was the first... time with Lorraine. After starting the process and getting a proper look at my brows, Lorraine recommended that we didn’t continue, and gave my brows more recovery time as she was concerned about some breakage, and potential further damage doing a treatment could cause if we didn’t allow them to strengthen some more. She was so apologetic but I’m soooo appreciative of her honesty, it would have been too easy to continue and say nothing. I was given advice on what to use to help get the condition back, and hopefully we’ll be good to go again in a few weeks 🤞🏻 We ended up just doing a tint and wax and I can honestly say I left looking like I had HD brows- I didn’t realise they could come up looking so good. If that’s how they look after just a tint I cannot wait to get them laminated 😁 x Show more
