I didn't really know what to expect as was advised by my doctor to try getting a massage as have been struggling with my mental health recently. As I'...d never has a proper massage before decided to try a full body massage. It was all very relaxing I came out of the room feeling very light and floaty. I had a good chat with the therapist afterwards too and she suggested some of the holistic treatments I might benefit more from so will look to book in again next month. Show more

The massage helped to ease the ...stress I had been carrying and my face visibly looked sorter for it afterwards.
