Hi Karra ! We already explained to you the reason why we can’t offer any discount. First you arrived late for your appointment. Please check your phone diary if you don’t remember. You don’t have the French on the nails but having on the toes nails Instead. Also you didn’t booked for the old gel removal on your toes nails. Extra time applied to do them. You rushed to go and asked for discount which we explained the hot wrapped towels only take 2 minutes, but you refused and say “won’t come back” which is fine and totally your choice. We think that luxury pedicure should be something pampering and relaxing. If you don’t think you have time then please don’t book for it. Thank you .
