      Starting with a lavender infused steam and ultrasonic cleanse to gently clean and exfoliate the skin. An under eye collagen gel mask is applied to help relieve puffy, tired eyes and help rehydrate and brighten the eye area along with a mask targeted for your skins need. A Gua Sha scalp, neck and shoulder massage is carried out whilst you relax under our LED light. After your mask a Gua Sha facial massage begins to help lift, sculpt and release tension on the facial muscles and finishes with our soothing icey globes. Moisturiser, eye cream and balm is then applied to finish a truly relaxing treatment.

I would rather give this 0 stars, but that isnt an option. I used the feature on booksy to be put on a waitlist if an appiintment opened, which it did..., so I structured my work day around my appointment to use my lunch break for it. When i got to the salon i was told that the later appointments had all been moved forward and i couldnt have my booking - apparently i have the exact same name as the person who cancelled their booking for me to take the slot. What a coincidence! No one called to tell me my apointment was cancelled and no thought had been given to the fact that we all have busy days to work around. If this "waitlist" feature isnt workeable for you then just dont offer it. My scheduled nail appointment for this week will be my last with this salon as I'm not willing to use places that dont respect their customers - i would never just not show up to an appointment with them and I expect the same courtesy in return. This is a real shame because my nail tech there, Georgie, is fantastic and if you get an appointment with her you will love her work Show more
