Booked in a week prior and turned up right on time, rang the bell twice and was ignored only to then be sent a text to say my appointment is cancelled.... Baring in mind I had already used petrol to get here. Disappointed as if this was me cancelling at the time of the appointment I would have had a cancellation fee to pay! 😅 Show more
