He certainly knows his stuf...f and worked on my sore/aching shoulders and legs with great effect. I feel amazing after just one visit and feel confident to continue with my training and recovery. Had a great experience. The sports massage and cupping were really effective – you could tell he knew exactly where the problem areas were and worked ...through them thoroughly. Really appreciated the checkup the day after as well – the exercises and recovery guidance were a great touch and made it feel very personalised. Overall, very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.
