Steve and the team are absolutely amazing, last session amazing as always to think I couldn’t even walk up the stairs or into the bathroom from the be...d before seeing Steve. Still waiting for physio and scans from nhs and doctors 7 months later. Steve had me training in the gym the very next day on our rehab program. Don’t know what I would have done without him. This is the only physiotherapy I've ever had that lasts long term. It doesn't look pretty, but it really does work. I had quite severe pain in my neck..., back and running through into my arm but 35 minutes with Stephen and all the pain is gone and full movement to my arm is restored. Second visit to Steve and having been once I knew what to expect and with confidence he could fix the problem.. of course he just that 👏🏻 My right h...ip was niggling me from lifting in the gym he was able to work out all the issues and I’ve now got full range of movement with no pain at all! Stephen was highly recommended by people I respect and he lived up to expectations. A very engaging and knowledgeble expert, he went straight to the s...ource of the problem with my shoulder impingement and found knots I didn't know existed! After the visit my shoulder is already less painful and he gave me great hope for the future, I was really worried it was going to stop me doing the activities I love. The treatment itself looks brutal but it's actually weirdly quite pleasant 🤣 so don't be put off by the videos. I can't wait to go back for my next treatment especially as we discussed other longstanding issues I have and of course they're all connected. Steve knows what he's doing and he's a great guy, I definitely recommend him. Show more

December 2021, I PB’d my deadlift and messed up my back doing it, causing a disc bulge with nerve pain and numbness in my right leg and foot, spent th...e next 11 months on strong pain medication and struggling to train or even walk the dog, every time I thought it was improving the nerve pain and numbness would return, saw a couple of physios but any relief was always temporary. Steve has sorted out injuries for me in the past but I call him my nuclear option, so, nuclear option deployed and after two sessions, I’m off the painkillers, no pain and no numbness. I started seeing Steve only 2 months ago I’d been suffering with really bad nerve pain in both legs burning spasming pains in both legs. After seeing ...the doctors and other physios for 3 months with no improvement. I couldn’t even walk to work was out of the gym for 2 months completely. Since seeing Steve I was back training legs straight away and improving after 2-3 sessions of treatment. I can walk with no pain, train with no pain with rehab program. I lost shape in my legs which is now back, I feel like my legs actually now look bigger than they did pre injury. Ste’s attention to detail and knowing what to do straight away was amazing he immediately knew what was wrong after countless doctors telling me all sorts of different things. Ste really knows his stuff and I’m so thankful for everything he’s done can’t thank you enough Ste! 🥰don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t have came to kinetic therapy. Show more

Ive been to see Steve now for a good few number of sessions, being a competitive crossfitter and hitting 40 my body needs more to recover. My shoulder... was at a point where i couldnt train properly(i had no range of movement) steve knew exactly where the problem was coming from and treated me. I came for my appointment yesterday and actually said my shoulder was fine so he made work on my left leg. By god ive never felt pain like it but ive suffered throbbing legs at night for over 12 months, taking ibuprofen at night to settle. Last night i had no pain relief and im confident it will continue. Thankyou so much Steve your knowledge is second to none and i have put my trust in you to treat my husband too. Keep doing what you are doing. 5 * from me Show more

Went for first appointment with Steve@ kinetic therapy he was my last hope after exhausting every other avenue. Osteoarthritis of hip, pain every day ...limited movement leaving it almost impossible to train legs. Having been told by specialist only way to cure it is a full hip replacement. Been for first treatment boom blown me away more range of movement straight away and for first time in nearly 2yrs hips pain free and squatting weight a few minutes after treatment something i haven't been able to do for awhile also feeling mentally better knowing Im not heading towards surgery any time soon. Had treatment by TJ Trafford who was very professional. My treatment was great and hoping that it will help with my long term back problems.
