Second session done with Ste today, had first session a month ago. Long term issue with my knees, got to the point some days was struggling to get up ...stairs or press the clutch in on my car without pain let along training. One session done and couldn’t believe the difference, Ste’s experience speaks for itself. Have been able to train and run better than I have in a long time. I wasn't able to train properly for nearly 2 years due to shoulder and back issues. After spending a fortune on multiple chiros and other treatments w...ith no improvement, im 3 sessions in with Steve and im back in the gym pain free. I cant recommend his service enough to anyone, i just wish i found him sooner. Can't thank him enough for getting me back into the gym pain free Show more

Been to Steve twice now and his level of knowledge is second to none. He was pinpointing problem areas that my body had just become accustomed to and ...with doing that, he has freed up so much movement for me. I was struggling to be able to play with my son prior to going to Kinetic Therapy and now I am doing it with zero pain. Could not recommend Steve and his team highly enough!! Show more

Due to my job, I suffer with Lower back pain neck pain (lots of headaches) and hand issues. I have visited osteopath’s on a regular basis, but I only ...got relief for a couple of days. I’ve been seeing Stephen now for a couple of years and I no longer have headaches, and my lower back only bothers me from time to time. The difference has been incredible, it’s been a long journey as I was in a mess, but well worth it. I recommend Stephen to everyone, listen to what he says, follow his advice and you can’t go wrong. I had my first appointment with Stephen this morning. Stephen was very friendly and certainly knows his stuff he took one look at my shoulder and poin...ted out All the problem areas without me telling him where I was in pain.. I’ve tried various treatments massage osteopaths over the years to no avail. I have movement and relief for first time in ages in my shoulder after today’s treatment and will definitely be booking another session with Stephen as I am really impressed with results from today 👍👍 Show more

Stephen is really knowledgeable in his profession, very welcoming and a funny bloke. This was my intial appointment and although I didn't have massiv...e issues, I went to see if I could free up my shoulder and knee which have been causing me pain sometimes during certain exercises. Immediately after treatment I felt a lot less tension in my body, and there was no pain in either my shoulder or knee. Be assured the aftermath looks worse than it feels! And I have booked in again for other areas to look at. I feel fortunate that I have come across Stephen as its reasurring to know there is someone who, if I had a bad injury, is there to help get back fighting fit. Show more

Steve is excellent, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He explained what is causing my issues and gets to work. Since seeing him the difference i...n my lower back pain is incredible! I’ve had lots of different people diagnose me and do various treatments (chiropractors, physio etc) and none of them have worked. One session with Steve and it’s a complete game changer! Show more

I’ve had a painful and restrictive shoulder for a very long time. I’ve spent a lot of money on physio with no improvement. Someone suggested I go to s...ee Stephen Heaton for kinetic therapy. I had my first appointment last night. Stephen is a highly knowledgeable therapist that clearly knows his stuff. He made me feel at ease and explained what he was doing. Last night I slept well for the first time in a long time, free from pain. After one session I can already feel an improvement in my shoulder pain and movement. I’ve booked another appointment which I’m looking forward to. Show more
