Nobody looked at you in any kind of way! I wasn’t rude I was very straight with you on the phone as you only booked half of what you wanted so we called you first thing and asked you to come in earlier so you could have the full service you wanted! You agreed! You then called and said you were running 5 mins late and then I had to call you as you were almost 20 mins late in total! But once you came into the salon I spoke to you the way I would any other customer. Thanks for the tip you left also so I couldn’t have been that rude xx
