Sienna X Spray Tan

Attended for a spray tan, worst spray tan I’ve ever had. Face was chalk white, feet and back of legs were also white. When I was being sprayed I advis...ed the girl that it was only hot air that went on my face but she replied “no it’s fine”. The room was tiny with only 1 light working so lighting was poor. When I called to complain the next day I was advised I must have shaved my face and that’s why the tan hadn’t taken. They did offer for me to attend for them to fix it but I couldn’t make it that day and I really didn’t want to go back. I did however, send them photos as proof. I was offered a full refund but I didn’t ever receive it. Definitely won’t be back! Show more

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear that you received the worst tan ever! However I will reply to your points-the lighting in the room, in 2 years we have never had an issue as the tan is tinted. As for the shaving you were asked about your prep before your tan not your face only! As we were trying to trouble shoot - because we couldn't see the tan in person as you refused to come back for us to see it and your pictures were not great positioning and couldn't get a true reflection of the tan. We are obviously not the salon for you. PB X
