This was my fourth visit to Jake and I should have made it much sooner. Jake puts you at ease immediately and is so knowledgeable. He explains what th...e issues are and the need to tackle the root cause. He goes through everything in detail and answers any questions as well as giving you advice for how to improve. There is no pressure at all and it is a really relaxed environment. I would 100% recommend Jake and I won’t be leaving it so long next time. Show more

Two visits I have had with Jake, he corrected a shoulder problem for me on my first visit two years ago which has stayed away. My recent visit was to... catch other issues with my back and hips I could feel creeping in with my job and gym work. I left feeling like I’d been thoroughly worked out but ultimately straighter and taller, with a better understanding of how to improve my self moving forward. My first appointment with jj soft tissue, and Jake did not disappoint. Right from the start I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, Jake’s a reall...y nice guy and easy to talk too and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to many places prior that are so quick to get you in and out the door, this is not the case with Jake. Very professional talks through what the problem is, how it’s affecting you and what will be done to ease or correct the problem. Pretty sure we went over the 1hr 30 mins mark but Jake wanted to get everything right before letting me walk and finishing the session. It was my first appointment at JJ Soft Tissue and it did not disappoint. I went in with some restriction in my hip flexors and some pain in my shoulde...r blades caused by working at a desk all week. The session eased all pain in my back through different techniques. My hip flexors feel brand new and can’t feel any restriction in them at all. I was provided with some exercises to go away and work on to try and prevent any reoccurring symptoms/injuries. I really enjoyed the feeling (and sound) of my body being cracked back into place! Will be going again and recommending to friends and family! Show more
