the lady arrived late to the appointment. asked which tooth i wanted it on and i assumed that it would be placed in the middle of the tooth but was su...rprised to see that it was right on the corner of my tooth. she never asked me where on the tooth i wanted it. i’m disappointed as i really don’t like the position of the tooth but felt uncomfortable expressing this. was then told i’d be sent the aftercare and 24 hours later i haven’t received any aftercare. in a positive light- her colleague was really nice- brunette with lots of tattoos.
