      Sports Massage for tight, stiff muscles. If injured then please choose Physio Assessment / Treatment. For Gym Group members there is a £5 discount. Proof of membership required. This will be applied at the end of the treatment. When payment is due.

Les was welcoming, played calming background music, and the treatment room was very organised and well equipped. Les was very knowledgeable, put me at... ease and was very effective with his treatments. He also gave me detailed diagrams of my exercise plan, which helped me remember which exercises I had to do. I’ve been having issues with lower left back issues for a while now. Having finally booked an appointment with a physio I was not disappointed. Les is... a very friendly, knowledgeable professional who explains in layman terms what the possible cause of your pain is. Les soon diagnosed the cause of my issue. The sports massage he administered for 30 mins solved the majority of the tightness. His advice to further reduce the issue was invaluable. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
