My first time visiting Jenifer Cynthia Hair Salon. I was very apprehensive from terrible past salon experiences, however Shirley took the time to prop...erly detangle my hair and offer advice. She also trimmed the agreed amount of hair from my ends (nothing more), which I really appreciated. Where should I begin?! On arrival, I was greeted by the lovely Shirley. She was my stylist for the day. I was extremely nervous as my past visits to s...alons in London wasn't that great. I would have to redo my hair when I went home! My whole experience was amazing! I made the right decision in choosing this salon to have my hair cared for. I had a texture release for the first time. I have been getting complaints from every Tom, Dick and Harry, lol. My 3 yr old wants to get her hair done too, haha! Honestly, it was awesome. I could go on and on about my time at the salon. But I think the characters would run out. The hospitality and professionalism was 10/10 I can't wait go back! This is the place to get your hair done. Don't get put off by the prices. It's worth it!! Your hair deserves the right treatment and love. After all, it's your crown. Thank you so much Shirley. I am so grateful. I feel like me again x Show more

I highly recommend Jennifer Cynthia Hair Salon. I have been looking to book for a while, but I’ve previously had bad experiences with hair salons. I d...ecided after the reviews and YouTube channel videos that I would book an appointment. I am so glad I did, even though I’d have to travel over an hour. I booked my first appointment with Shirley. She was super sweet, kind, and reassuring. She was gentle with the detangling. I enjoyed the entire session. I almost fell asleep with the steam treatment and aroma therapy. After the shampoo and treatments, Shirley began the silk press process. I felt her love and passion for hair. I felt like I was watching an artist at work, and she created a masterpiece with my hair. I will return in future and recommend Jennifer Cynthia Hair Salon to everyone. Show more
