Poppy's Pawsome Pups

I am sorry for not getting back sooner. But my priority at that time when I text you was to make sure the dog in my care was looked after. I spent 2 hours with a very distraught customer in the vets not knowing what the income was going to be. My phone was on silent as I was in the vets with the dog. So never heard the constant ringing. I did reply to you to let you know that I was in the vets with a very sick dog that took a seizure on me. These appointments don't last 10 mins. I stayed with a very upset set customer to way after 7. Our jobs are demanding and stressful enough without truth being altered to make a groomer being made to look bad. As I said above my main priority at that time was the seriously ill dog in my care. Again I apologise I missed your last text you sent as aging I was with the dog. I don't understand why you stayed for over and hr when you knew I was at the vets with a dog that had a seizure Regards Poppy's Pawsome Pups

Aww Gillian thank you. I love having Bailey in the groomers. She is a completely different dog from her first visit. She has grown in confidence. She doesn't cry anymore and loves playing with my Pups in the salon. Xx
