I went to this groomer when I first moved nearby , there is absolutely nothing wrong with her grooming at all . I have unfortunately been let down man...y times where she has texted the night before with a problem as to why she can’t do the groom she had already confirmed and today being the most recent one , she texted last night about car troubles which I understand .I had asked to confirm if she is cancelling and she assured me she wasn’t and just pushing the time back slightly . I sat in the house all day and had to text multiple times as the appointment was for 1pm and I had not gotten and update of new times . 5 oclock now and she still is having car problems and was still trying to say she would still groom my dog. I know if that was the case there could have been multiple transport options to get to her shop to carry out a 1hour groom. Unfortunately I will not be back as I think the lack of professional and customer service skills has put me off Show more

She cancelled my appointment due to her migraine pain. Which is totally understandable but she asked me to reschedule my appointment and i ask her ava...ilability but not single answer of my msg. Its shows she clearly drop msg to just inform not interested for any reschedule. Such unprofessional behaviour. I attached screenshot of her msg but not single reply after her msg. Just ruin my entire day schedule. Show more

I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused yesterday due to me being ill. I'm not sure if you know how migraines can affect people. Light hurts your eyes. Noise is amplified and feels like someone has a hammer to the inside of your head. Also between being hard ro see and being sick. It's now 3.28am the following day, and I'm only starting to feel a little relief. You had originally booked through the booksy app, so I assumed you would do the same again. I sent a message a few hrs before your appointment. Again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Believe me, I would have rather have been in work than endure 24hrs or more of a migraine. I can't apologise enough

My dog was suppose to go in today to get his nails done. *I understand that things happen but i wasnt told prior that the groomers had closed due to s...omething going on that had happened* & Surely someone should be called in for the last remaining appointments to be done on other clients dogs. I arrived and the place wasnt open,i called multiple times to be told she had to leave the groomers. sat there for over an hour to get no reply back. As a first time customer the experience was appauling and extremely unprofessional! Deffinitely wont be booking any appointments again. Show more

I am sorry for not getting back sooner. But my priority at that time when I text you was to make sure the dog in my care was looked after. I spent 2 hours with a very distraught customer in the vets not knowing what the income was going to be. My phone was on silent as I was in the vets with the dog. So never heard the constant ringing. I did reply to you to let you know that I was in the vets with a very sick dog that took a seizure on me. These appointments don't last 10 mins. I stayed with a very upset set customer to way after 7. Our jobs are demanding and stressful enough without truth being altered to make a groomer being made to look bad. As I said above my main priority at that time was the seriously ill dog in my care. Again I apologise I missed your last text you sent as aging I was with the dog. I don't understand why you stayed for over and hr when you knew I was at the vets with a dog that had a seizure Regards Poppy's Pawsome Pups
