      Tradional vigorous Indian head massage sitting upright in a chair. Massage of the shoulders, upper arms, upper back, neck, scalp of course; and the face. Who knew there were so many massage moves for the scalp and they are all called champissage, and who knew they felt so good! Evokes a meditative state, some clients visulise colours and visions whilst drifting in this state. On a physical level, this treatment helps with, headaches, migraines (depending on the cause) neck pain, visual floaters, hair growth, physical and emotional tension, sleep problems and more. Besides all the things it helps with, Indian head massage is just a fantastic and pleasurable experience.

      A reflexology treatment stimulates the reflexes in the feet to trigger self healing in the body. The body is mapped out on the feet. Your feet will be cleansed with hot mitts, cleansed energetically with a palo santo smudge, which allows your feet to be more open, then a relaxing massage to start, then we begin the diagnostics where we find energy blockages. Energy blockages can show themselves as crunchiness or bubble wrap popping or as a slight hardness or slight swelling or a mild bruising sensation. During your treatment you can be silent and drift into relaxation or ask questions. Often people ask, "Whats that bit?", It's really interesting to find out where your blockages are. At Spa Rituals you will have extra time taken on the areas of blockage to assist the body in self healing. Lemongrass essential oil blend is applied to the areas of blockage to help the breakdown of uric acid (that's what causes the crunchiness and popping).       Reiki translates to life energy. Reiki is an energetic healing using universal energy that every living being is already connected to. A Reiki treatment channels more of that energy into you via the chakras of the Reiki practitioner. Some clients feel the energy, as a magnetic feeling or as heat or as a tingling sensation or sometimes all three at different times. Reiki heals on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The only time Reiki is not appropriate is to use it on a broken bone before it has been set back into the correct place (if that is needed). I am attuned to level 2. I did level one at the age of 19 and 2 at the age of 21, now 38 at the age of writing this I am interested in doing the master level but still don't feel quite ready to support other practitioners in this magnificent healing modality. I will place my hands on your chakras (I hover over the base chakra) and can often be able to tell you where blockages may be and what you can do to assist in further clearing after your treatment, I often go off-piste and am drawn to particular areas of the body that need some assistance. So all you need to do is let yourself drift away and see what comes up for you in your meditative state. There have never been two Reiki treatments the same, it's fascinating and magic, if it's your thing.

Then those oils get to nourish your nails as you're leaving them naked and beautifully natural.

This CBD range has an exfoliator that breaks down the dead skin cells on the surface of your skin using AHA's (alpha hydroxy acids). So I can massage your scalp or hands or feet whilst the dead skin cells are being eaten away, instead of scrub scrub scrub which isn't very relaxing. It's these dead cells that make your skin look dull and dry, or if you have oily skin, sallow. Get rid of these to allow a dewy youthful layer to glow. The eye cream in this range gave me personal results I have not seen with the use of any other anti ageing eye cream, I have photos to show you if you need proof! I've seen the cleanser eliminate acne, without stinging or irritation, a very effective yet gentle action which must be the CBD. The range has other powerhouse ingredients such as hyaluronic acid to plump and hydrate on the inside, which you will feel with the moisturiser.
