Melisha was really professional , kind and intentional with her service. She gave me lots of advice and recommendations and talked me through everythi...ng she was doing. She was also very gentle with my hair especially when detangling, listened to me, and was considerate of the fact that I have a very sensitive scalp. The atmosphere was also really calm and nice and the salon was clean and well lit. Melisha offered me a drink aswell and kept asking if I was ok and what she was doing (e.g water temp) was still okay for me, which just elevated the quality of the service with the personal touch. She didn’t rush and I felt my hair got the care and TLC it’s needed for a while. Thank you for creating an excellent environment and providing a lovely service and I look forward to coming back soon!
