Booked a lash lift and lamination (had a patch test a few weeks before). I was called 30 minutes before the appointment to say I could not have the la...mination treatment as they have ran out of solution. I couldn’t get it done elsewhere as I would need a patch test for another service and going on holiday in under 2 days. I had arranged a spray tan around the lamination so adequate time between treatments. I was looking forward to having my brows laminated for my big birthday celebrations/ party (I have thin eye brows and didn’t want the hassle of wax and pencil, also wanted them to look good for photos). The staff were very professional and apologetic; the owner has now let clients know that there has been a supply issue over the last few weeks however I would have appreciated being notified sooner I.e there is a chance the resources would not be in stock; so I could have arranged a back-up appointment in another salon. I’m really pleased with my lashes, precision brows and the service, Lily made me feel at ease as I don’t usually get these treatments. I’m grateful that I did not have to pay for my precision brows due to the inconvenience but disheartened that if stock issues had been apparent over several weeks (I appreciate out of E&E’s control) why I was informed at such short notice. Unfortunately, the products we use for lamination have been out of stock nationwide, and despite trying to source them in time for your appointment, they sold out again before we could get more delivered. We only had a small amount left for appointments today between two therapists, which meant we had to rearrange a few appointments, including yours based on this happening. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment. Please know this was a one-off situation outside of our control, and we are working hard to ensure it doesn’t happen again; which is why we have now switched to another brand and have taken the time to get everyone that's booked in re-patch tested for the new product. We’d love to welcome you back soon and give you the full experience you originally booked for with a discount once the new product arrives.
