For this seasonal massage, I’ve brought together techniques and influences from India, Thailand and Tonga, creating a treatment inspired by traditional bodywork and the changing needs of our bodies as we move into autumn and winter.

There’s lots of point work, flowing movement, rhythmic strokes, deeper pressure and stretching, working into areas of tension and what we might think of as blockages, encouraging the body to move and flow more freely.

The warming nature of the treatment and focus on circulation make it especially lovely as the weather starts to turn colder — helping you feel warm, grounded and supported as the seasons change. 🌿🔥

I’ve also created a super lush autumn botanical oil blend with full-spectrum CBD, rose, cedarwood and patchouli — earthy, woody and floral, with those gorgeous autumnal aromas. 🍂🌹
