Unfortunately on this occasion Jessie had to do her best to remove ‘Hard Gel Polish’ that you arrived with without any pre warning and Jessie did the best she could to remove what you had on so that she could apply a good polish colour for you; which is what you booked in for on this occasion. You did not book in for a removal treatment. Jessie does not usually go over other salons work but on this occasion she tried to do do what she could for you.
