I booked with Fuad, i booked a standard haircut instead of 0.5trim, he said he wouldn't have time which i thought was valid point and i apologised. I ...was then seen by another barber who did my hair and beard really well and while walking out noticed that Fuad (who i originally booked with) didnt see anyone and continued trimming his beard! Very happy with the service with my barber, but clearly Fuad isn't the one to book with. His own grooming was more important that seeing his clients. Show more

First of all thank you for the honest review, as you mentioned you booked for a normal dry cut which is 20 min service, but if you see the 0.5 haircut takes about 30 to 35 min, so we were very busy and you know that tomorrow is Eid day , so that’s the reason the customer is rejected your service and gave it to someone , so by the time he was waiting for the client he did personal trim for his beard , All this because of the next appointment has to be taken on time ,Thank you,
