Nicole was exceptional for talking me through my options with my piercing today. I decided to take advantage of a Black Friday offer and wanted to get... my tongue pierced. Unfortunately, my tongue was not designed to have, said piercing. Much to mine and Nicole’s disappointment for not being able to have it done, we looked at other options for my piercings today. She was honest and professional with the advice and information she provided me with regarding my original piercing choice and even then with my second choice of a stacked lobe. I felt very comfortable and trusting to Nicole as I have done with all of the piercings she has provided me with. This goes to show that she genuinely cares for her customers and advises against a particular piercing if it is not right for them.
