WHAT IS KCR KCR (Kinetic Chain Release) is comprised of medically recognised and approved gentle joint mobilisations and muscle stretches which can help to bring the physical body back into alignment and balance. It's a manual physical rebalancing protocol. Clients often say it looks and feels a little similar to what they have experienced when having visited a Chiropractor or Osteopath but its much softer and there is no thrusting or sharp movements involved. In fact Kinetic Chain Release was developed by Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert.
