Today was my first visit to Elite Physiques and I found Dion to be a lovely guy who really knows what he’s doing. After a brief chat about what was ...bothering me, he patiently began to work on opening up my shoulder. We had a good chat as he worked and Dion explained how the different conditions I have been experiencing were connected. Afterwards, Dion provided exercises to strengthen the weak muscles which were the root cause. I would definitely recommend Dion as both a professional and a awesome human being! Thanks Dion!
