Today was my first visit to Elite Physiques and I found Dion to be a lovely guy who really knows what he’s doing. After a brief chat about what was ...bothering me, he patiently began to work on opening up my shoulder. We had a good chat as he worked and Dion explained how the different conditions I have been experiencing were connected. Afterwards, Dion provided exercises to strengthen the weak muscles which were the root cause. I would definitely recommend Dion as both a professional and a awesome human being! Thanks Dion! Dion is brilliant. I've had 2 appointments now. When I first met him, it was as if I had known him for years, he was welcoming, easy with conversation... and really demonstrated his knowledge and skill at what he does. My second appointment was even better, 90 minute full body MOT. He is really great at explaining why things might be the way that they are, what muscles are playing which role. I'd been hesitant to get any work like this done for a while and after this, I've certainly found a man I'll be visiting time and time again. Having been with Dion for over a year now, cannot express how good he is at what he does. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and is continually fin...ding ways to improve and develop his skills. I usually book sports therapy/massage but his help goes far beyond the hour I’m in with him. He happily follows up each appointment with exercises and movements to continue helping with rehab/recovery. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get on top of their injuries or even just general health. The good chat every time also helps ;) Show more
