Went to get a trim for hair because my previous visit a few weeks ago I as not happy with the hair cut I went back yesterday and asked if he could tri...m my hair and beard as he was trimming the beard hair was flying around so I closed my eyes then I managed to open my eyes and a different person was cutting the beard the next time I looked the original chap was doing the beard when I sat up and looked I said what the hell have you done you have shaved my beard off and I specifically said a trim His answer was oh I thought you said to shave it. Am very upset about is as I have had a beard for nearly 50 years and him saying sorry was not good enough so to answer your question will I be booking another appointment is no and I will not recommend your shop to anyone Show more
