Price increased from £23 to £33 but that wasn't an issue. When I went in, I found that they are charging £5 more to book through booksy. When I came, ...the barber asked me casually if I'm aware of online pricing. I didn't want to argue but I was surprised. I'm disappointed with pricing transparency. Booksy was promoted as they main booking platform since the shop opened and the sudden hidden "online booking fee" is unfair to the customers. I hope that the business reflect on this review as all barbers are amazing and I'm happy with my haircut evertime! Update (answer to the response): I paid in the shop by my card £33 . On the mirror in front of my chair was price £28. Normally you charge £23. Either there is a reason for the 'extra' increase or your business overcharged me. I did not leave with good experience. Brother Booksy should chrlarge you at all the app is free for you customers and further more we do not have any payment system set up with Booksy that is fasle allegation thank you 🙏 and please call Booksy to get you money back (£5) they charged you I never hard that happened to any 1 in 4 years use the app p
