Thank you for letting us know about the confusion with the haircut pricing. We understand your frustration and apologize for any misunderstanding - However you have booked a 'senior haircut' which is for customers over 65 years old. It seems there might have been a mistake during the booking process on Booksy as a standard Haircut at Ghost is £25 and clearly displayed on our Booksy page. We understand the 2-star rating might not reflect how happy your boys were with the haircuts themselves as they loved it in the shop! Many thanks, Ghost.
